What information should I include when reporting an API error?

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  1. Your Team ID associated with the API request.

  2. The exact status code and the full request & response body if possible. Would be great if you can share minimal cURL command or code snippet that reproduces it.

  3. The product you are using:

    • Model API (Serverless): Include the model name

    • Dedicated Endpoints: Include the endpoint ID
