Zero data retention

Zero Data Retention (ZDR) is enabled by default across FriendliAI services. Request and response content is not saved or logged beyond the time needed to process your inference requests. For Dedicated Endpoints only, you have the option to opt in to content logging if you need to access input/output request content in your endpoint logs.

FriendliAI does not use customer API inputs or outputs for model training or model improvement.

FriendliAI’s standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available at https://friendli.ai/dpa. The DPA is incorporated into FriendliAI’s Terms of Service and applies to general users.
